Business Analyst

In 2018, Flagler sold a majority interest to FOSUN international's healthcare division. Today, we are present in 11 States.
We are seeking a full-time collaborator who will be based in our Miami office to assist in the Research and Strategy Department. The Business Analyst will contribute to best-in-class research and assist the team with day-to-day responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, able to work well in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate clear communication skills, and be motivated to learn.
Qualifications:
- Desire to work in the healthcare real estate industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong research skills.
- Solid written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI or ArcGIS is a plus.
- Basic financial knowledge background.
Responsibilities:
- Update data sources, keep track of new updates, confirm the validity and accuracy, input into platform.
- Run medical market analysis using Flagler’s ESRI/ ARCGIS Platform and client’s data.
- Monitor real estate competition and compile their SEC filings
- Select, organize and make available sales and rent comparable
- Assist with Quarterly digest on Industry/ Markets/ Competition for stakeholders and partners.
